Article V
Nominations and Elections

The officers shall be elected at the May Bi-Annual Meeting for a term of one year.

(Policy of having representation of Beach Associations – Bayberry Cove, Bayview, Four Winds, Grantland, Indian Field, Minasseroke, Little Bay, Johns Road – has been established through the nomination process).

Article VI
Meetings

The Association shall hold Bi-Annual Meetings – May and October.

By-Laws

Chapter IV
Dues

Annual dues shall be $20.00 per household payable on application for membership and at each annual meeting – period from May to May.
